Backstory

Honteux was born to a highly respected highborn noble, who decided to explore the Far East after hearing of the great adventures it could hold. She finds herself exploring the Azim Steppe, meeting Honteux's father. He who was a warrior of the Dorthal tribe. She decides to stay a while, getting pregnant along the way. Once she returns home, and could no longer hide the pregnancy, she was shunned for doing so with a Xaelan warrior.Acting out of self preservation, after Honteux was born, ashamed of her own son. She locked him away in a room with no windows and one locked door. She only ever came to see him a handful of times, making a couple trusted servants bring him food once a day.As he grew older into his teen years, he was barely able to hold a conversation as he was only talked to occasionally by the maids. One lucky night, the rain thundering down, the door was left slightly ajar as one of the maids left in a hurry because of said storm. Honteux runs for his life, never to look back.

Current

After he escaped from Ishgard, and he felt safe enough to walk around. He noticed how much stuff there was to do, absolutely doing as much stuff as he could. He would drink, smoke, party, fight anyone he wanted to. He was truly becoming an adrenaline junkie. One day, Honteux was brawling in an alley. The fight was broken up by a couple nicely dressed spectators, who suggested he sign up to fight in the coliseum. He figured he needed to make money somehow, so why not try what he enjoys to do?

Now as a routine fighter in the coliseum as one of its top competitors, he gets some sick thrill out of being hit or hitting someone else. Honteux now purely did it for the thrill. The amount of gil he gets, is a bonus. He just likes to have some easy fun.

Inspirations

Appledelphi from Cowboy BebopHis obvious skill with fighting and predicting the others movements, though overall quite dumb. He would admit to toying with his opponent. Honteux is also quite protective of the few people he actually cares about.

Jean Pierre Polnareff - Jojo's Bizarre AdventureAbsolute idiot outside of battle, big titties, dresses like a slut. I love this man so much, but I hate him at the same time. He is also chronically down bad, sometimes to his detriment.
